I realised I haven been breathing orchard road for a longggggg time.
The above simply translates to,
I haven been indulging in purchases that’ll delight me.
The only place I shop now, is
(very very very sad to mention)
:The popular book store!
I come home each time with tons of stationary,
loads of files,
and packs and packs of clear file inserts.
Due to my very peculiar preferences,
I allocate each subject, a particular file
– only the clear book kind meets my demand.
Some of the previous files I bought had gone to waste.
(Because the size of the file doesn’t accommodate
the stacks of papers I’ve inked out... )
After doing up my sums,
I realised that I’ve been spending enormous amounts, esp on files.
Even my pencil box and its contents add up to quite a sum.
Earlier on, I was switching between channels
when I chanced upon a channel news asia’s correspondent,
broadcasting the state of the economic slums and its impact,
all over asia.
It dawned on me that I ought to put a stop to all the
unnecessary expenditure from now on and start savingggg upppp...
