Weeeeee... finally the weekends are over!!!
Last weekend, I had lessons in school.
And the hours were,
from 10AM to 5PM on BOTH days!
I had to literally drag myself outta bed each morning.
I came home each day, totally drained.
Looking at my calendar,
there’s this week whereby I’m having 6 days worth of school,
each day, from 10-5 as well.
So I guess, this weekend was just the tip of the iceberg.
___________
Last Thursday, Krissy love and I went dating in town.
To think of it, it was our first real date together,
even though we knew each other way back, since primary school.
By the time I came back home from town, I was dead beat.
For once in a long long time, shopping was fruitful.
Other than the times when I’m abroad,
I can’t recall when shopping had been so fruitful back home.
So yeah, I’ve got no complaints.
In approximately 2 hours,
I managed to bag 2 dresses, earrings and a bag.
At end day, when I finally pieced together all the receipts,
the total amount came as a shock.
Quite a considerable amount spent within a short time frame.
Then again, I haven been shopping much lately,
so i guess the occasional splurging was money well-spent.

On a side note, the boy and my mom have both been
very disapproving of my exploding wallet.
All this while,
the boy had been goading me into getting
a separate card holder and all this while,
I've been stubbornly rejecting his approach.
I really abhor the idea of having to carry
so many things around all the time.
Anyway, because my less-than-1-week-old p.d
looks like it’s really exploding, I finally relented.
After Kris left,
the boy and I headed over to the Galleria to check out card holders.
We practically checked out all the labels
and I at the verge of giving up the idea
cause they were all not appealing at all.
That is, until I got to C.D.
At C.D. I finally found this really gorgeous card holder.
In addition to its gorgeous and compact design,
it is made of patent leather.
I love all things glam, shimmery and glittery.
Previously, I was in love with a patent leather bag
from another label but due to practicality purposes,
I gave up the idea.
So naturally, this C.D. card holder
stole my heart the moment I laid eyes on it.
On that same evening,
a limited ed bag at C reminded me of the C.D. limited edition bag
that I missed when I was in Paris.
That made me rather upset,
I guess our vision gets clouded,
when the heart works more than the mind does.
Come to think of it,
the bag isn’t really as gorgeous as the C.D. that I missed.
On top of that, I dun need another bag.
Or should I say, I dun need alot of things in life.
I’m just glad when things come my way.
When it doesn’t I guess I just have to learn to deal with it.
In order to be at peace with myself,
I’ll probably get one of those limited edition wristlets instead.
